St Paul Parks Facilities: Usability Study
For this client project, myself and three teammates conducted usability testing on the St Paul Parks Facilities website, completing work such as creating usability test plans, heuristic evaluations, user interviews, and more. Eventually, these suggestions led to changes being implemented on the Parks Facilities website.
